back to dswei and swei’s convo…we were talking bout…DIETING. our new resolution which we are starting soon. here are the rules dswei came up with…

       1) No food after 8pm !

2) No greasy food (Chicken Wings, fried calamari, fries etc)

3) No fastfood meal

4) Exercise as much as possible (base on Fitness Condition)

5) No sweet drinks. Only Water ! (No Coke ! No Ribena)

6) Must eat little carbohydrates to build up Metabolism rate.

7) No bathing after eating !

No Snacking !

9) Eat when hungry but in moderation

10) No temptation allowed within peers

11) Drink at least 8 glasses of water EVERYDAY !

12) try to sleep 8 hours everyday !

#12 is being broken every single day. except on fri - sat. haha where i can coma for 12 plus hours.. hehehe

okay and SO this time we better get down to losing those FATS which we’ve been trying to lose since sec3. HAHAH this time its gonna be REAL.

aft she left , xswei and i trained back from west to east again. back to school for training under the hot hot sun ! our 2nd training. only bout 8 people went. haha. how cool. this is how its like without the j2s. i miss them ! played netball, capt’s ball, frisbee, and the orientation catching game. hahah. jiaolians joined us as well. it isnt really called trg, more like aft sch stay back to play games. ended bout 6plus.

dinner at scotts picnic place and played this new amazingly FUN cards game (SPADES) thn to coffeebean to chill from 7-10plus ! the usual gossip session, the usual violent bullying - and more bullying and jacking each other was really a good way to chill on a friday night. its been ONE looongg wk since i last saw TRACY and DSWEI. and i hate to admit,… i MISS… bullying them !!!! only they can take my strong grip and punches. hahah ! dswei gave me a new nickname. ‘twinkle’ OKAY to that. still as irritating as ever ! NOW 130am ! the 4 of us are talking nonsense and disturbing each other on msn. how cool. and i;m still in my uniform. WAHAH -gna shower soon!- hehe

uhh whatelse…well nothing. havent been going out lately. transforming into a mugger soon maybe ? chem test nxt wk is totally stressing me out. need to salvage my grades for chem but sadly. its stuck at a 9/20 score. PLS let me break the barrier !

one day aft sch, swei and i headed off to dashuwei’s new hse to just chill out, strictly NO studying that day ! listened to emo songs in her empty room, lying on her bed, watching russell peters, talking bout life was absolutely fantastic !! wish we didnt hv to start studying soon and i want more chilling out times. thn valen and dinah came, and the KARA-OKE started at her basement ! from 7-1030 pm nonstop singing ! we sang and sang and sang. and valen the powerhouse can sing like almost every chinese song ! it was FUN la. but the thing is..we had sch to nxt day. ): spoiler. if not we wldnt leave.

today aft the track voting, went to the big cathay to watch korean movie, now and forever ! holy moly.sweet sad (times ten) tragic love story.  makes you emo momo aft the show. swei and i cried/sobbed buckets of tears ! while pam yb and sixiu just laugh at us. "OKAY to that. this movie is the first movie i cried so much ! to the extent, swei was sobbing to me, saying, super tragic ! thn we both started to laugh uncontrollably.anyhows i give it 5 popcorns ! MUST MUST WATCH for all korean movie fans. better than daisy and almost love now i knw why tin cried so badly aft the movie. if we watch with her, i think i’ll cry nonstop, end up with puffy eyes.

tdy was a qt fun day ! break time, kahyee me stef went to the bleaches and really talk nonsense, talking bout "what do you think happens aft death ?" and  "what animal you wna be aft you die and get reborn?" blah blah..times passes real fast whn talking nonsense. anyhows, me swei stef yb ponned pw lecture. and w kahyee and mstan went to sit at the bleaches to ‘picnic’ and talk about life. haha. oh wells, promos nearing. being back in school is so not fun. tchers constantly reminding us to study for PROMOS. OKAY ! this reminds me of how fast the yr has passed. jc one is ending soon,as track FINALS come to a close on wed. [no more playing nxt yr ] track finals saw a reunion with st nicks pple ! sec 4 hope and track seniors ! really missed those times in national stadium, waking up bright and early to go and tie banner.

fri - AC had dsa welcome tea for the sec 4s. me shuwei stef yimei went to help out. saw qt a few st nicks pple there. aft tht, watched ac netball vs australians. and played frisbee with swei sui mstan kahyee yb til bout 9.

sat - basically was qt unproductive ! did only 2 gp commentaries, slept the day away then went to jerome’s party at xiang an ’s hse !

the only girls were me shuwei rose tinwai. and the guys, jerome, xiang an,reuben,srijith, ian, samuel, shihan. the party was rather small scale but it was coolio mongolio ! xiangan’s 2nd hse at 6th ave was empty and hell big, had a pool. the hse is just for party, we say. ordered pizza for dinner, with the usual booze, vodka and beer. really went high, played indian poker, charades, and tinwai’s 007 BANG ! thn the guys dunked everyone into the pool, and made the pool so dirty with choco fudge on everyone’s head, colgate, and beer ! thn the guys wrestled, SAM the ultimate winner ! guys took on him one on one and he managed to dunk all into the pool ! and well, blasting of ipods and dancing on the pool deck ! created a mini mosh pit ! jit taught us abit of BHANGRA ! haha very tiring ! but hella fun.  this is the life to live man !

thurs met up w tracy swei at great world (GW) and that tracy ah !!! omg. keep ‘chanting’ non stop bout her soreness bout being shortlisted for asean but not chosen. at first it was okay cus i understood hw she felt, like really RARE opportunity. thn as we talked more, she kept "eh mandaaa how how how ?" wahh esp with tht tracy EH EH EH ‘nose’ voice. haha eh tracy if you reading this now, so sorry. heh heh. my ultimate jacking target ! thn shuwei came ! she told swei the story and thn felt more sore so…she wnted to go arcade to ‘vent’ her soreness and frustrations.OKAY we went, played daytona and some drums game. shuwei chilli cha cha to the music while hitting the drums. so funny.

finally aft arcade, went to ’study’ at tcc. SURELY STUDY ah. haha ky came and tracy repeated her story ! (tracy, not tired ah?) and MORE jacking !!  i pro at jacking tracy alrdy ! K.O her times ten man. nth to say right ! :):):)

aft sch went shopping for fang’s farewell gift. came across this coolio mongolio kodak photo printer. damn cool ! can bluetooth phone pics to the machine thn edit with borders and captions thn print instantly. and its cheap and convenient ! everyone pls check the machine out ! i think its been there since long ago just tht we all nver noticed ! printed a photo for fang and bought her a nautica shirt.

thn went to her hse for farewell dinner. mainly her relatives were there and xianwei,kahy,mstan,ludi,tracy,me,swei. yup thats all. felt qt honoured ! xianwei and tracy (alliance) had damn alot of fun jacking me man. wah i really nth to say.

tdy sat, just came back from the airport, sent fang off. it was qt emo times ten, her relatives all cried, ky xian gabby cried. tin and i watched until wna cry. but didnt. but she’s still her usual self, always joking ard. oh wells, VD will nver be the same again. my breaks will nver be the same again. how i miss her now. i’ll definitely miss her loud voice and miss someone training with me at the shotput pit. once again i ‘lonely travel’ training all alone for shot. :(:(:(:( aww man, it sucks just thinking bout it. and all the fun times we’ve had. trg and talking cock at the unglam pit, sakae sushi, frisbee games, sentosa, gymming, listening to her strum her guitar songs. hurrr. i can hardly think anymore.

sat afternoon went to gerry’s place for fangting’s surprise farewell party ! well, had some fun there, watching the video the netballers made for her and playing card games with siyou,tracy,vicky,josia,jiesheng,justin,wayne.

rmb i said that all of us gotta buy a rose to exchange ? haha well it was super weird turning up at the L.O.V.E word there with ONE stalk of rose in my hand. lucky estee was early too ! and we both waited damn long for the others and we looked like we were on a blind date, in movies those kind. thn we went to book table, these 3 guys (who took same bus as estee, saw her with the rose, now also saw me with the rose). they just kept staring at us ! estee was like ‘maybe they think we lesbian,buy each other roses’
OKAY to that ! anyhows, the ambience was great, althou the live band (which consisted of only 2 pple) kept playing songs which often disrupted our conversations cus it was so loud that we had to talk really loudly ! having great trouble listening to pam’s stories at the other end of the table. oh, must try the hot fudge cake ! seriously heavenly ~

sun was filled with activities, rushing from one end (east) of singapore to the other end (west) via the green mrt line. met estee at amk to take 24 to changi at the break of dawn, 6am. reached the airport ard 7 plus to surprise xingzhi and send her off.

aft tht, our long journey begins. swei and i took the green line from changi til lakeside ! seriously one end of the green line to the other ! went jurong bowl for fangting’s church bowling ‘competition’ haha qt funny and fun actlly ! fang, me, xianwei,gerry one team, vs swei kahyee samuel and his bro. 3 sets of games ! holy moly, bowl until spsbsjp, fingers pain.
rushed home to sleep thn met up with G8 for dinner at kovan’s ALISAN teochew porridage ! felt so homely. all of us sitting dwn at a table, with a few dishes at the table. haha aft dinner, proceeded to pam’s hse for WORLD CUP stayover ! the match was so exciting ! anw pam and lana went to sch the nxt day, while xiu estee me swei ponned. went to support track events.

tdy’s tues. me, ky, xianwei, stef skipped sch to watch their discus event at 830 ! stayed in cck til afternn til most events were over thn went lot one, for lunch and celebrate cyrena’s bday ! aft tht tracy me swei ky jo cyrena yating josia went to the arcade for some fun ! haha it was SO hilarious watching tracy and her ‘chop garlic’ action and josia doing the parapara ! omg. laughed like crazy ! LOL can you just imagine tracy ? no style. haha thn daytona and basketball shooting !

for a moment i forgot what school meant ! havent touched my sch stuff since friday ! super detached from the studying world haha but oh wells its fun ! aft track season, must chiong promos ! and i’m very sure i’ll get in ssp ! failed econs 20/45. failing chem and math on the way… haha oh wells !
